Although PEOPLEFIND.com is not a consumer reporting agency, we continue to promote responsible use of the information that we provide. Therefore we state to you the viewer or user that "Data obtained from PEOPLEFIND.com should not be used in part or whole to determine a consumer's eligibility for credit, employment, insurance or any other purpose for which a consumer report would be obtained, except in connection with collection of a debt. If adverse action is to be taken against the consumer data subject and the information to be used has been obtained from PEOPLEFIND.com, it must be verified from another source prior to adverse action. All searches are on a best efforts basis, no guaranties, promises or claims are made about potential search results beyond what is explicitly covered in our "quality guaranty" posted on http://www.peoplefind.com/guaranty.htm

PEOPLEFIND.com shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages of any type. PEOPLEFIND.com reserves the right to amend, change, or discontinue its prices and/or searches at any time. We reserve the right to refuse any client or any specific requests at any time and cooperate with law enforcement officials when misuse of information is suspected.

Buyer assumes all related legal liability, and by ordering from PEOPLEFIND.com consents to waive all claims against PEOPLEFIND.com resulting from searches. Requester/buyer/client agrees to hold PEOPLEFIND.com, its officers, employees, and vendors harmless and to indemnify PEOPLEFIND.com, from any and all claims that may results from buyer's request. Buyer/Viewer warrants that requested searches are legal and proper in his/her jurisdiction and complies with all applicable laws (local and state) and Buyer bears full legal costs in event of suit and further will hold all information confidential information obtained through PEOPLEFIND.com is to be used in the course of applicable FCRA approved purposes, and held strictly confidential. Buyer warrants and agrees that requested searches are fully legal in his or her and subjects jurisdiction. Buyer realizes that most orders are processed immediately upon receipt and are non-cancelable after order receipt. Client/Buyer/Viewer agrees that visitation to the PEOPLEFIND.com website or placing of a search request is not for the purpose of entrapment, sting operation, or pursuit of PEOPLEFIND.com, its employees, vendors, clients, affiliates nor officers. Search discrepancies must be reported within 10 days. All unpaid fees subject to 20% interest from date of invoice, and buyer consents to suit in jurisdiction of PEOPLEFIND.com's choice. Buyer consents to all terms & conditions as amended by PEOPLEFIND.com from time to time.

PEOPLEFIND.com cannot and does not  make any guaranties as to the results of search. Because PEOPLEFIND.com cannot reasonably be expected to obtain information for false, erroneous, or unreasonably difficult requests (i.e. requests about people that don't exist, or are fugitives of the law, or are deceased, or requests about telephone ownership of people who don't own or use a phone, or address updates on people that haven't moved, etc.), customers are billed for search requests only, and not for the results of the searches.

There are standard reasons why a subject may not be traceable:
If they've left the country, are homeless, fugitives, incarcerated, minors, not US citizens or have changed their identity through witness relocation program or marriage (in the case of a female).

All searches on a best effort basis only. No refunds, exchanges, or credit. Customer/viewer/buyer is solely responsible for accurately filling out order form and selecting appropriate search. PEOPLEFIND.com cannot be responsible for typos or mistakes in the ordering information entered by customer. Because all orders are processed immediately, no cancellations allowed or accepted once an order has been submitted.

Note about Customer Input

One subject per search. One set of criteria per subject. Where the subject is a person, one name per search (except in the case of the locator search or background only, where multiple names of the same person can be provided to help us identify the person). All searches (other than the locator and background check) require the person be identified through a unique set of criteria provided by customer, as requested in that search's description on our website. If multiple names or multiple same search criteria (including but not limited to SSN, address, DOB) are submitted, only one set of criteria will be used per order. To search the other set(s), additional orders need to be placed separately for each set.

Note about Turn-Around Times

All listed turnaround times are average and apply only to business days.
The turn–around times quoted throughout this web site are our best estimates of the amount of time it will take us to process your requests for services and return the information to you. Where turn-around times are listed as "days", or "hours",  we’re referring to Pacific Standard Time business days and business hours. These are average return times, and can sometimes exceed the quoted time.

Reports are sent in a first come, first serve basis. Frequently, we return information in less time than we’ve quoted, HOWEVER, it can take until the end (midnight) of the business day to complete your order. If you absolutely must have information returned more quickly, please contact customer service to see if rush service is available and what the rush charge is.

ABOUT SAME DAY RESULTS:

1) Orders placed before 6pm EST (3pm PST) on a business day will be returned the same business day on or before midnight. Order placed at any other time will be delivered next business day.

2) This does NOT apply to criminal and civil record searches, or any search which turnaround time is indicated to me more than one day in its description on our site

3) Same day results will be delivered up until midnight of that same business day. Reports are delivered all throughout the day but may take until midnight is some cases, as we strive to provide you with complete and comprehensive reports.

4) Reports are considered delivered when posted to the online order tracking system which emails them to you. You can check your report status 24hrs/day by going here. We are not responsible for problems you may be encountering with your email or if you provided us a wrong email address, so please do check the order tracking system if you have not received your report by midnight, and please allow until midnight.

Note about Additional Comments on order form

Additional comments provided by you on the order form are sometimes useful to narrow down your search to the right person. But we cannot guaranty it to be helpful as some customers will provide useful info, while others will provide useless information. Either way, our sources only use defined criteria to catalog information on your subject. Only the required search criteria are productive and effective inputs. The additional comments are only used to supplement this required input and cannot be used to modify the search description, pricing, purpose or format, nor can it be used to alter the terms of this agreement.
